How to Rate Applicants
Navigate to your Casting Dashboard and select Go to Application Manager next to the project title to see all applicants related to that project.
The 'Actions' Menu
Start by selecting the applicant you want to rate by checking the box in the left corner of their photo. Then click on the 'Actions' button.
A dropdown will appear, giving you several options:
- Add to Role - Add this applicant to the list of applicants for a different role (they will remain in their original role as well).
- Add to Shortlist - This will add the applicant to a shortlist that you can share with collaborators.
- Send a Message - Send the user a message using the messaging feature.
- Request an Audition - Request a self-tape, in-person, or virtual audition
- Move to Hire - This will move this applicant to the list of applicants whom you are hiring for roles.
- Move to Yes - This will send the applicant to the Yes or thumbs up list.
- Move to No - This will send the applicant to the No or thumbs down list.
- Play All - This will play all of the submitted applicant(s) submitted media.
- Hire - Presents option to either send a secure payment or order an asset from the applicant.
At any time, you can remove the applicant from any list you have placed them in by selecting the Remove from _____ option in the Actions menu.
The Applicant Card
In addition to the Actions menu, you may also rate and take action upon an applicant using the buttons along the bottom of their applicant card.
From left to right:
- Thumbs Up - Moves user to the Yes list.
- Thumbs Down - Moves user to the No list.
- Notes - Allows you to write private notes about the applicant. This is a very handy feature when you have collaborators on your projects.
- Send a Message - Send the user a message using the messaging feature.
- Hire - This allows you to make a payment or request and pay for an asset through the site.
- Request an Audition - Request an audition from the user.
Note: Any actions taken from the 'Actions' menu, or on the Applicant Card, will not notify the user except in the cases of sending a message, sending a payment, requesting an asset, or requesting an audition. Otherwise you are free to play around.
