Getting around the Casting app for iOS is easy.
Login screen
Once you've successfully downloaded and opened the app, you will be greeted with an introduction screen that highlights some of the key features of the app. You can tap 'Skip' at the bottom right hand corner to go to the Log In screen.
You will then be prompted to enter your email address. Tap 'Continue'.
You can now log into your existing account.
If you do not have an account, you can create a brand new account and subscribe.
If you have an existing account, tap 'Log In'.
Jobs tab
Once you've successfully logged in, you'll land on the main Jobs page.
This is where you'll be able to navigate through all the opportunities listed on the site. There are a lot of opportunities listed here, and more are added every day, so we provide you with a variety of controls you can use to sort these opportunities. You can change the sort order of the notices, apply search filters so you only see the results you want, and save searches that will send you notifications when an opportunity is posted that matches the types of roles you're looking for.

My Applications tab
From the Applications tab, you can view any Invites, Drafts, Active (submitted) applications, Auditions, and Archived (expired) applications. You also have the option to view each application and update it, save it, and submit it directly through the app.

Messages tab
To access your Messages, tap on the Messages tab. From here you can respond to any of the messages you've received by casting directors and other users by clicking on the message.

Profile tab
By tapping on the Profile tab you can view and edit your profile. Tapping the gear icon in the top left corner of the screen will bring you to your Account Settings, where you can sign out, change your password or notification preferences, and contact customer support for help.

Refer Friends (Backstage)
If you are a Backstage subscriber, the last tab is where you can conveniently share a link to refer your friends in exchange for a $40 Amazon Gift Card. We do not offer a referral program at StarNow.
