Jobs
Here is an overview of the Jobs interface on the iOS app:
(1) Saved searches and saved jobs
(2) Casting call categories (All Jobs, Acting, Voiceover, Crew, Modeling, Creators) plus the 'Hidden' tab at the very end for all of the jobs you've chosen to hide from view
(3) Filters
(4) Sorting order filter by Newest, Audition Date, and Submit ASAP (Expiring soon)
(5) Hide job button
(6) Badges (Project type, paid/unpaid status, Union and/or non-union status)
(7) Age of the casting notice
(8) Title of the casting notice
(9) Location the production is seeking talent from
(10) Project description
(11) Application status (Saved Draft, Applied, Invited)
(12) The number of roles available on this casting notice
(13) Save job button
(14) Share button
Sorting Casting Calls
Tap on the 'Newest' button to sort the order of the notices by either Newest, the Audition Date, or the notices that will be expiring soon (Submit ASAP). Tap on any of the three options to select. The page will automatically refresh according to your selected order.
Saved Searches
You can locate your saved searches and saved jobs by tapping on the 'Saved' heart icon shown above.
Here you can see a list of your existing saved searches.
Tap on the name of the saved search to activate the filters. If you want to edit your saved search name or frequency of notifications, tap on 'Edit' and then the name of the saved search you want to edit.

Saved Jobs
After tapping on the heart 'Saved' icon, Tap on 'Jobs' to view all of the jobs you saved. You can tap on the name of the production to view more information about that job and continue with your application.
If you want to delete a saved job, tap on the heart icon.
To remove all of your saved jobs, tap on the 'Remove all' button at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Filters
You can apply a range of filters by tapping the filter icon. Your screen will automatically open to the various filter options that you can use to hone in on the types of opportunities you're looking for. You will also be able to save new searches to be used in the future from this screen.
Hide Jobs
If you want to hide a job you're not interested in seeing from your search results, you can hide the listing. Tap on the slashed eye icon at the right-hand side of the notice to hide the job.
You will then see a 'Job hidden!' confirmation message pop up.
If you've accidentally hidden a job you're interested in, and/or want to revisit a job you've hidden, no worries!
You can recover and/or view all of the jobs you've hidden by navigating to the top header with all of the icons and scrolling to the left. You'll see the 'Hidden' slashed eye icon at the right-hand corner of the screen. Tap on the Hidden icon.
Here you can find the list of jobs you've hidden from view. If you want to restore a job, simply tap on the 'reverse' icon at the right hand corner of the screen.
If successful, you'll see a 'Job restored' confirmation message pop up on the screen.
Production Details
Tap on the name of the notice to view the production details page.
You can see the following information:
- Badges in black tags indicating job category, union status, etc.
- The location where the job poster is seeking talent from as well as the paid status
- Company name and casting director (if disclosed) along with the number of jobs they've posted with us, as well as the date they joined
- Project Description
- Roles
- Rehearsal and Production Dates & Locations
- Compensation & Contract Details
- Additional Materials (uploaded documents, photos, etc.)
- Date and time the notice expires
Roles
Scroll down the production details page to view all of the roles associated with this casting call.
You can view a variety of details about the role itself, as well as a character breakdown (if one has been written). From here you have the option to apply or save a draft to apply later.
You'll see there is another 'Apply Now' button at the bottom footer next to the Save job heart icon and the share button. Similar to our website, we offer a second way of applying by tapping on 'Apply Now', and tapping on the name of the role.
Other Navigating Tools
For other handy navigational tools, a series of arrows appear along the top of the casting call.
- Use the left arrow on the left side of the screen to go back to the main casting calls page to view all notices
- Tap on the down arrow on the right side of the screen to jump directly to the notice below this notice
- Tap on the up arrow on the right side of the screen to jump directly to the notice directly above this notice (if there is one)
