Adding Candidates to General Lists
If you want to save candidates to review later, you can organize groups of candidates using general lists. With these lists, you can choose how you’d like to organize your talent, creating a custom talent database of your very own. To add a candidate, you can click the 'Add to list' icon in either the grid view or list view:
You can also create lists from the candidate’s details view:
You can then add to multiple lists:
Viewing Candidates on General Lists
You can view your lists on the main page of the Talent Database in a vertical menu bar on the left side of the page:
You can click on these lists at any time to see the candidates saved within them. You can also click on multiple lists to view all candidates stored in the lists. In this example, we’re displaying all of the candidates we’ve listed “Saved,” "Extras," and “Dancer.”
You can also add and delete lists.
To add a list, click on "Create New General List." Then type in the title of the list you want to create and click 'Add.'
To rename or delete lists you have created, click the list title. Pencil and trash can icons will appear giving you the option to rename or delete the existing list, respectively. Please note that if you remove a list from the sidebar, then the list will also be removed from all of the candidates you previously associated with that list as well.
***The Extras, Leads, and Saved lists cannot be edited or deleted as they are inherent to the platform.
List View
You can quickly view what lists you’ve applied to every candidate by toggling "Display in results." List View is available by clicking the toggle next to "Display in results" in the sidebar:
