Thanks to our added gender options, talent on our platform can better and more accurately express their gender identity(s); when posting your projects or searching for talent on the site, you will be able to broaden your talent search.
Overview
As the leading casting platform for creative talent, with millions of people in our community, we had two goals in mind when updating the gender options on Backstage:

The next time you post your job on the platform, or search our talent database, you'll be able to cast and search with more inclusivity, helping you find your next perfect talent!
