Why did my subscription price change?
As we continue to invest in our platforms, tools, content, and safety, our prices may change. We also may adjust plans and pricing to respond to local market changes, such as changes to local taxes or inflation.
What new features have you added?
- Continued increase in paid job opportunities
Over 46K projects were posted on the platform over the past year, casting 116K roles. We also added more remote opportunities than ever, so you can get hired to work from the comfort of your home.
- New voiceover and crew talent profiles available with your membership
If you’re interested in voiceover, crew/production/post-production opportunities, you can create profiles, receive job alerts, and begin applying today.
- Virtual Auditions
We built virtual auditioning tools within the core platform for casting professionals and content creators to easily and reliably schedule and host remote auditions. Talent can receive invitations to attend a private audition online with the project creators, skipping the need for in-person auditions.
- Improved verification procedures
We have enhanced our user verification systems using a variety of advanced tools for helping to detect potential spam, scams, and fraud; as well as offering third-party background and ID checks on the job-poster side of the platform in a variety of contexts; utilizing a team of content experts to manually spot-check every listing after it's posted (with suspicious content being removed ASAP); and quickly investigating signs of problems or concerns raised by our customers. We are committed to making our platform the best place to find jobs and casting opportunities.
- Secure payments
Getting paid fairly and on time is always stressful for talent -- especially when working with someone for the first time. It is also an admin overhead for content producers.
We built secure payments directly into our platform so employers can pay talent directly for time worked via the site. Or, talent can create and send invoices to their employer. Late payment? We’ll even follow up with them on your behalf. We help with tax reporting too.
In the future, we plan on adding even more opportunities to the platform, as well as investing in new tools, features, and content to help you succeed in your career.
When does the pricing change take effect?
If you received a price change email, your price will change on your next renewal date -typically 30 days after you received the pricing email.
Can I keep my old price?
To keep our prices as low as possible, and out of fairness, all price increases apply to qualifying members.
How do I cancel my membership?
If you would like to turn off auto-renew, please visit your account page or contact customer service.
