Creating and Editing Your Crew Profile on the iOS app

Creating Your Crew Profile on iOS

Once you've signed up, you can start to build your crew profile. Tap on 'Add a Crew Profile' to get started.

Tap 'Continue' to confirm you want to create a Crew Profile.

If you accidentally selected the wrong profile type, tap on 'Maybe later' to return to the previous screen.

Select the type of jobs you're looking to apply for (Staff & Crew).

*If you select one of the other options i.e. Voiceover, the app will automatically switch the profile setup to whichever type of job type you selected (Voiceover Profile instead of Crew Profile).

If you are happy with your selection, tap 'Next' to continue.

Basic Details

The first detail you'll be asked to add to your profile is your Professional/Working Title. This is the name that will appear on your profile and is visible to job posters.

Next, select all of the crew roles you are interested in. If the role you're interested in is not included in the prepopulated list, you can tap on 'Add another crew role' to manually create one.

Don't worry if you didn't fill this section out fully - you can always edit this information on your profile later on.

Next, edit your preferred hourly rate and enter your location. When you are done, tap 'Next' to continue.

Age Verification and Parental Consent

The next step will take you to an age verification screen. Users of the platform need to be at least 18 years old. Tap on the appropriate button and proceed to the next section of your profile.

Users under 18 will be taken to a Parental Consent Form to be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

The parent/guardian is required to fill out their full name, email address, and check the box confirming they are managing the account on behalf of a minor.

Users 18 or over will move on to adding their main headshot.

Tap on 'Upload a photo' to upload your main headshot. This is the main headshot that will appear on your profile, and the first photo that job posters will see, so make sure you're happy with your selection!

While you may be working behind the scenes and a professional headshot may seem unnecessary, uploading a nicely lit and positioned photo of yourself can help employers put a friendly face to your application and ensure they're hiring a real person.

Once completed, tap on the 'Next' button.

If you don't want your profile to be public yet, you can tap on the 'Make my profile private' button. *You can always change this setting later on via your profile.

Once completed, tap on the 'Publish Profile' button, and you'll be taken to the next step of the user profile.

Once you've added your basic details and headshot, you'll receive a confirmation that your profile is set up. Congratulations!

You may now either continue adding and editing your profile by tapping on 'Add More to Profile' or tap 'Skip for now' to start searching for roles.
