One of the main benefits of using the iOS app is the ability to apply to casting calls on the go! Learn more about how to manage your applications below.

​*The application interface on the iOS app varies slightly from the website.

Tap on the 'My Applications' tab located along the bottom navigation bar on your app screen to navigate to your applications folder.

Once there, you'll see various folders along the top of the screen. From left to right, they are Invites, Drafts, Submitted, Auditions, and Archived. We'll go through each category one by one below.

Job posters can personally invite you to apply to their production via the Talent Database. You can view all of the unanswered invitations in this folder, along with the date you were invited.

Tap on the invitation to view more information about the production and the role.

You can choose to decline the invitation if you are interested, or apply if you are interested.

Once you've selected one of these two options, the invitation will be removed from your Invites folder.

​*If the notice expires before you are able to Apply or Decline, your invitation will automatically move to the Archived folder.

All of the applications you've saved will show up in the Drafts tab, which conveniently notifies you of the date you saved the draft application, as well as the expiration date for that job.

Tap on the draft to open and edit the application.
​

You can edit and continue working on your draft application, delete the draft application altogether, or officially submit your application to be considered for the role.

You can conveniently review the date you submitted the application.

Since the notice is active, you still have the option to edit and update your application.

​*Please do not be alarmed if you are unable to locate one of your submitted applications in this folder. If the casting notice for your application expires, your submitted application automatically moves to the 'Archived' folder.

You can review all of your audition requests in this folder. This includes pre-screen requests, self-tape requests, virtual auditions, and in-person audition requests.

Tap on the audition request to view or respond to the request.

All active applications that expired, saved draft applications, and unanswered invitations that were not submitted in time are automatically moved to the Archived folder.
​
You can view the application, as well as the date the casting notice expired.

​Tap to view the full application. Since the listing has expired, you no longer have the option to submit an application if you have not already done so. A banner will appear across the top notifying you of the expiration.

You can filter your applications by tapping on the filter icon on the right-hand corner of the screen.
​

You'll see an option to filter by profile type, audition type, and applications submitted by your representation (if you are added to their talent roster).
​

Tap on the filters you want, and then press 'Done' to apply the filters.
​

You'll see a banner on top confirming filters have been selected and applied.
