If you want to access your Account Settings via the iOS app, navigate to the Profile tab and then tap on the gear icon.
Here you can view the login details for your account, view and update your subscription plan, control your notifications, and more.
Name
Tap on Name' to view the full name linked to this account. If you need to update the name on your account, simply tap on the listed name and press 'Save' when you are done.
Login
You can view and update the email address and password on your account. Keep in mind, however, that this will also change the password when you log in through the web browser on your computer.
You can also manage your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) settings from the app. You'll need to enter your password in order to verify your identity before applying any changes.
You can choose between receiving a verification code via an Authenticator App or receiving text messages to your phone. Tap the button to enable or disable 2FA.
Subscription Plan
Tap on Subscription Plan to view your current subscription.
You can see an overview of which type of subscription plan you purchased, restore in-app purchases if you subscribed via Apple and cannot access your subscription, and turn off the auto-renewal on your subscription if you wish to cancel.
Users who subscribed directly through our website will also have the option to view their account details by tapping on 'View Account Details'.
If you have a question about your subscription and need to contact the support team for assistance, tap on the 'Have Questions? Email Us' button. This will automatically open up your Mail app of choice.
If you do not currently have an active subscription, you have the option to subscribe directly on the app. Tap on 'View our subscription plans' to view your options.
It's important to note that any subscription purchased through our iOS app is purchased through Apple. When you want to cancel the subscription, you will need to cancel directly via Apple as well. To learn more about how to cancel your subscription through Apple, please read more here.
Any subscriptions purchased directly through our website can be cancelled directly via our iOS app, your Account Settings via the website, or by contacting our support team for assistance.
Notifications
You can update your app push and email notifications by tapping on the 'Notifications' tab. This will allow you to set email and push notifications not only for your individual saved searches, but also globally (for the app as a whole).

Privacy
You can review our Privacy Policy, as well as control your profile visibility on your various profiles in this tab.
If the button is grey, that means the profile is set to Private. If it is highlighted, it means it is set to Public.

If you need assistance, you can tap on the Help button for direct access to our Help Desk articles. We have articles with step-by-step instructions and easy-to-follow screenshots (you're looking at one right now!)
If you want to email our Customer Support through the iOS app, tap on the 'Email Us' button. The app will automatically open up your Mail app of choice.

App & Phone Info
Your specific app, iOS, and model version are all very important pieces of information that can speed up the troubleshooting process when you encounter a bug. Please provide a screenshot of this page when you wish to report a technical issue on the iOS app to our support team.
Deactivation & Deletion
You can also self-deactivate or self-delete your account. Please note that while you can contact us to reverse a self-deactivation, choosing to delete your account is permanent. Please proceed with caution!
Sign Out
Lastly, if you want to log out of your account, you can tap on the 'Sign Out' button.
Please note that signing out of your account will not deactivate or delete your account, nor does it affect your subscription status or notification settings.
