Getting around the Casting app for iOS is easy.
Login screen
Once you've successfully downloaded and opened the app, you will be greeted with an introduction screen that highlights some of the key features of our iOS app.
Tap 'Skip' at the bottom right-hand corner to move onto the Login screen.
You can now either log in to your existing account or create a brand new account using one of 3 options. Please refer to our guide here for more details.
Once you've successfully logged in, you'll land on the main Jobs page.
Jobs tab
This is where you'll be able to navigate through all the opportunities listed on the site.
As there are many opportunities listed here and new jobs are added every day, we offer a variety of filters that allow you to customize and sort through these opportunities.
You can change the sort order of the notices by relevancy (the default view) or newest, apply search filters so you only see the results you want, and create saved searches that will send you notifications when an opportunity is posted that matches the types of roles you're looking for.

My Applications tab
From the Applications tab, you can view your unanswered invitations, draft applications, active (submitted) applications, auditions, and revisit expired/archived applications.
You have the option to view, update, and submit applications directly through the iOS app (provided that you submit before the deadline!)

Messages tab
To view your messages, tap on the Messages tab.
You can respond to any of the messages you've received from casting directors and other users on the platform by tapping on the message.

Profile tab
You can view and edit your profile(s), as well as navigate to your Account Settings to manage your account.
Tap on the gear icon to navigate to your Account Settings, where you can review your subscription, manage your notifications, sign out of the app, and more.
You can also navigate between your various profiles by tapping on the middle button.

Refer Friends (Backstage and Mandy)
If you are a Backstage or Mandy subscriber, the last tab is where you can conveniently share a link to refer your friends in exchange for a $40 Amazon Gift Card. We do not offer a referral program at StarNow.
Your friend must sign up using your unique referral link for the referral to be recorded properly. Gift cards will be sent out after a period of time following the purchase of a referred subscription. This amount of time can vary.
If you have not received the gift card after a couple of weeks, feel free to contact our support team for further assistance.
Please note that our referral program is only available in certain regions at this time.
