Getting Help via the iOS App

Should you run into any problems with the iOS app, you can always reach out to the Customer Support Team for assistance.

How To Contact Customer Support

If you want to reach the Customer Support team through the iOS app, tap on the 'Profile' tab.

Next, tap on the gear icon to navigate to your Account Settings.

Scroll down to Support and tap on 'Email Us'.

This button will automatically open your Mail app of choice on your phone, or prompt you to download a Mail app.

When emailing Customer Service, please provide the team with as much detailed information as possible regarding your issue so that they will be able to assist you in a speedy and effective manner.

For example, if you are reporting a technical glitch on the iOS app, please provide a screenshot of the error message if there is one, along with your App & Phone Info (as seen in your Account Settings).

The team typically responds within 24-48 hours.

If for whatever reason you don't think your message went through, you can also contact us through other methods as well!
