How To Sign In
After downloading the iOS app, you'll see this sign-in screen that allows you to log in in several different ways.
If you've created an account using Single Page Sign On (SSO), you can proceed with the 'Continue with Apple' or the 'Continue with Google' button.
You should only select this option if you created an account through one of these methods. Otherwise, selecting this button will create a brand new, separate account for you!
If you used a username and password to create your account, please proceed with entering only your email address in the box.
After entering the email address, you'll be prompted to enter your password. You can then tap on the Log In button.
If you forgot your password and need to reset it, tap on the 'I forgot my password!' link.
If you enter an unknown email address that is not associated with an existing account, you will see a screen asking you to create a new account.
If you are sure you already have an account but still see this screen, you most likely made a typo on the previous page.
Tap on the back button at the top of the screen to go back to the sign-in page and re-enter your email address again (watch out for typos and extra spaces!)
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) (Optional)
If you have two-factor authentication set up on your account, you will be prompted to enter your verification code (as seen in your Authenticator app or via text message).
Once done, you will be logged in and brought to the Jobs section of the app.
Signing Out
If you want to log out of your account, first tap the Profile tab and navigate to your Account Settings by tapping on the gear icon at the top corner of the screen.
From the Settings page, scroll to the bottom and tap the Sign Out button.
This will log you out of your account!
*Note: Once logged out, you will no longer receive push notifications. The notifications will resume once you log back in.
Please also keep in mind that signing out or deleting the app will not affect your subscription status, which is ongoing until cancelled.
