Q&A is a great place to engage with others, learn, grow, and share knowledge. This article will show you how to get started.
Creating an Account
If you are new to the platform and do not have an existing account, you can begin by clicking on Q&A in the header of the webpage. (Existing logged-in accountholders will be brought directly to the Q&A page)
You will now be prompted to create an account:
You can do so either by utilizing SSO or entering your email address manually. Entering manually will bring you to the next step where you would create a password and enter information relevant to your account.
You will now be brought to the Q&A page.
Here you can submit a question, look over previous questions and answers, and answer questions yourself should you have something to contribute to the conversation.
Submitting a Question
Enter your question and hit Submit Question. Please note that if you have not created a profile on the site, you will be prompted to do so in order to engage with questions and answers.
Once you are able to submit the question you will see the following notification letting you know that it was submitted for consideration. Additionally, there is a reminder that only one question may be asked each day.
Voting on Questions
You can click on Voting or vote on the next one here to be brought to the Voting page:
Here you may vote on the next question you would like answered by clicking on the arrow to the left of the question. Please note that you may not vote multiple times for the same question.
If you see content that violates our Q&A guidelines, you may flag it by clicking the flag icon on the right.
If you do choose to flag a question, you must provide a valid reason as offered in the ensuing modal:
Answering Questions
After questions have been voted on to be answered, you may view the answers and/or add answers yourself back on the Q&A page:
Clicking the bar to answer the question will bring you to a page where you can provide your answer. You can either upload a video answer ( Fig. A) or write one out (Fig. B):

Once ready, simply click Submit Answer to share your answer or thoughts.
When viewing submitted answers to questions you may "like" the answer or give it a "fire like" to enthusiastically approve the response. A "fire like" is the equivalent of 5 regular likes. You may only give one "fire like" vote per hour.
