**If the creator does not respond to the request within 72 hours, the order will be automatically canceled and the funds will be returned to you.
Clicking View Order will take you to your Payments Dashboard where you can keep track of the status of the order.
Once the creator submits the deliverable, this request will move into the Needs Review From Me section as seen below:

Employer FAQ: Usage & Rights
What do I actually "own" when I pay a creator?
On Backstage, you receive an Exclusive Commercial License to the content delivered. While the creator retains the underlying copyright, you have the "master key" to use that content; meaning no other brand (including competitors) can use that specific footage during your license term.
How long can I use the content?
The standard license is split into two windows to give you maximum flexibility:
6 Months for Paid Ads: You can use the content for Spark Ads, Meta Ads, and other whitelisted/paid promotions for 180 days.
12 Months for Organic Use: You can use the content on your website, email marketing, and social feeds for a full year.
When does the clock start?
The license begins automatically the moment you release the final payment to the creator. Our system tracks this date for you so you know exactly when your rights are active.
Do I have to delete my Instagram posts after 12 months?
No. While you must stop active promotion (running ads or re-posting) after the license expires, you are not required to delete historical organic posts from your social media grid. This is covered by our perpetual "Archival" likeness release.
