There will be times when going through the process of applying to an opportunity that there will be Applicant Questions present within an application. Casting directors or hiring managers may pose these questions as an additional aid in determining an applicant's suitability for a role and thereby speed up the candidate evaluation process. Please note that submitting a pre-screen is not required, but it could improve your chances for consideration.
Applicant Questions in an Application
When applying to an opportunity containing Applicant Questions, you will see them listed under the Pre-Screen Requests section at the top of the application page.
As you can see above there are 2 types of questions that can be asked:
- Yes/No
- Short Answer (answer may not exceed 1,000 total characters)
Once you have answered the questions, click Save. You will then see a green check mark indicating that you have completed this.
You may edit or change your answers at any time prior to or after submitting the application while the posted job listing remains active.
