Saving a Draft
Saving a draft application on the iOS app is very simple.
Open a casting notice from the Jobs tab and scroll down to the role you are interested in. Underneath each role description, you have the option to either 'Apply Now' and begin working on your application, or 'Save Draft' to save a draft application to work on the application later.
Tap 'Save Draft' to save a draft application for that specific role.
After tapping on the Save Draft button, you'll see a confirmation message pop up confirming you've saved a draft application, and the button will switch to 'View Draft'.
Deleting a Draft
If you are no longer interested in applying to that role, you can delete your saved draft by navigating to the My Applications tab and tapping on the Drafts folder. Then tap on the application you'd like to delete.
Once you've opened the application, tap on the trash can icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
You will be prompted with the following message:
Tap on 'Delete' to confirm the deletion, and you will be reverted to the drafts folder. Tap 'Cancel' if you changed your mind.
*Please note: If the casting notice for a saved draft expires, your draft application will automatically move to the Archived folder. You cannot delete a saved draft once it has been archived.
Editing and Submitting a Draft Application
If you want to edit and submit a draft application, navigate to the 'My Applications' tab and tap on 'Drafts'. Tap on the application you want to edit.
Once you've opened the application, edit the application to your heart's content.
Be sure you are happy with your application before tapping on the 'Apply Now' button. Once your application is submitted, it cannot be deleted.
If you are content with your application, go ahead and press 'Apply Now' (there are two options - the up arrow at the top of the page, or 'Apply Now' at the bottom of the screen)
You will be greeted with a confirmation message letting you know the application has been successfully submitted. Congratulations! You've successfully applied!
If you want to review your application or edit it, manually tap on the 'My Applications' tab on the bottom footer to navigate to your applications folder.
