Account Settings

Account Settings houses your basic account information, subscription info, payment & shipping info, and notification settings. This article will discuss how to access these things as well as provide detail on each section.

Clicking on the More drop-down in the right hand corner of your page will bring up the Account Settings option. Click on that to be brought to the Account Settings page.

Account Settings

Basic

This is where you can change the name on your account (not your profile), change your account email address, change your password, or enable two-factor authentication. Please note that email addresses cannot be duplicated across different accounts.

My Details

Here is where you can add a phone number to your account. It will not appear on your profile page and would only be visible to job posters to whose projects you have applied.

Talent Profile

You can change your profile URL and/or set your profile visibility here.

Subscription Info

This is the section where you can view the type of subscription you have, when it will renew, whether or not auto-renew is on, and last payment information. Additionally, this is the place where you can turn auto-renew off (or back on) using our self-service cancellation options.

Payment & Shipping

Within this section you can update your payment method, view receipts and billing dates, and update your billing and/or shipping address (the latter only in the case of Backstage print magazine subscribers).

Notifications

This is the place where you can set your email notifications regarding messaging sent to you via the platform.
